Here’s more information about last night’s robbery on Harding Boulevard. Just before 8 p.m. Saturday, November 26, a man approached a woman sitting in her vehicle in the McDonald’s drive-through, pointed a handgun at her head and demanded her property. She gave him her property, and he took it and ran away. Witnesses saw him run into a nearby hotel room. Officers surrounded the hotel, contacted several people and ultimately arrested 19-year-old Quincy Jackson of Sacramento in connection with the robbery. They searched his room and found the victim’s property as well as a handgun and ammunition. Jackson has been booked into the Placer County Jail on suspicion of robbery and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon.
